Massage Therapy and

Chiropractic Care

Used in combination, chiropractic care and massage therapy create a unique healing environment. The combined benefits of these treatments provide patients with multiple benefits, helping to relieve pain, increase healing and improve overall health and well-being.

Benefits of Massage Therapy

Massage therapy manipulates the body’s soft tissues in order to reduce pain, inflammation, and unwanted stress. Massage helps to relieve muscle tension and, like chiropractic care, increases mobility and range of motion.

At the hands of a professional massage therapist, you will relax and experience a heightened state of well-being. This increases mental and emotional resilience and lessens the impact of stress.

Combined Benefits of Chiropractic and Massage

When you combine massage therapy with routine chiropractic care, you will experience even greater and longer lasting benefits than using either treatment on its own. That’s because your body’s muscles and skeletal system are meant to work together.

A chiropractor, unlike a massage therapist who manipulates muscles and soft tissue, adjusts the spine and extremities. When the spine is properly aligned, the body is better able to heal itself. Regular chiropractic adjustments can reduce joint restriction and inflammation, increase mobility, improve the function of your nervous system, and reduce pain.

Chiropractic adjustments are more effective—and your pain relief lasts longer—when your muscles are loosened and less restricted in mobility. That’s why many chiropractors recommend getting a massage before or after an adjustment, depending on the patient. By correcting alignment of the spine, chiropractic adjustments also help the soft tissues manipulated during your massage heal quicker.

By integrating massage therapy with routine chiropractic care, you’ll also experience:

  • Improved nervous system functioning

  • Reduced inflammation in your body

  • Increased blood flow and circulation

  • Increased flexibility and range of motion

Meet the Massage Therapist

Daniela Pingel, LMT

Massage therapy is such a wonderful way to get the body back to homeostasis. My passion for massage started when I was a teenager. I would watch YouTube videos on how to give massages to alleviate the pain my mother had from the arthritis in her knees and feet. I was in the corrections field for six years before I decided to persue my passion, what I feel like I am here to do. I am a wife and a mother of two, not including the dogs, chickens, or whatever other animal comes into our lives. My husband is my biggest cheerleader and my kids are pretty happy with mommy’s career for the free massages.

I studied at The College of Health Care Professions where I graduated at the top of my class and received my license in 2019.  I strive to offer you the best service no matter what type of session you book. I offer different modalities (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal) etc. My license requires a renewal every two years, during that time I am continuing my education to receive new certifications or do a review on current ones to always bring something new to the table, so that I may continue to help my clients.

I offer mobile services on select days. Please click over to my website for further information. I look forward to working with you, have a blessed day.
